Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk check-in was confused, We had made reservations weeks in advance and requested a king/smoking room, for a relative traveling with us, this was guaranteed with a credit card. This was my birthday week, so the family convinced me to go to the Paragon so we were there July 24-26.
